1-year contract in Los Angeles for GFIPM Framework Consultant
Global Federated Identity & Privilege Management (GFIPM)
SCOPE OF WORK
The Consultant shall developt, deploy, and enhance the Global Federated Identity and Privilege Management framework and secure web services application.
TASKS
• Design and develop web services applications for the Global Federated Identity and Privilege Management system.
• Design and develop XML Schemas.
• Analyze, design, and develop message-level security solutions for web
services including the deployment of digital signatures and encryption
• Analyze, develop recommendations, design, and develop web services application using: a. WS-Policy b. WS-Trust c. WS-Security Policy d. Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) e. WS-Security
• Improve the performance of the Global Federated Identity and Privilege Management application using Java programming solutions.
• Analyze, develop recommendations, and configure the IBM WebSphere application server to improve application performance and security.
• Analyze, develop recommendations, and configure the IBM DataPower appliance to improve application performance and security.
• Assist in the revision and enhancement of the Global Federated Identity and Privilege Management application security.
• Analyze, design, and develop security solutions using Entitlement
Management software including Policy Decision Point (PDP), Policy Enforcement Point (PEP), and eXtensible Access Control Markup Language (XACML);
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must meet all of the following minimum requirements:
1. Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years in developing web services using Java;
2. Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years with XML data structure and schema design;
3. Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years in developing message-level security for web services including digital signatures and encryption;
4. Two (2) years of experience within the last three (3) years in at least two of the following Web Services standards:
a. WS-Policy
b. WS-Trust
c. WS-Security Policy
d. Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML)
e. WS-Security
5. One (1) year of experience within the last three (5) years using Entitlement Management software including Policy Decision Point (PDP), Policy Enforcement Point (PEP), and eXtensible Access Control Markup Language (XACML);
6. One (1) year of experience within the last three (3) years with configuration and maintenance of IBM WebSphere Application Servers (WAS);
7. Six (6) months of experience within the last two (2) years with IBM DataPower Appliance in the deployment of web services security applications;
8. One (1) year of experience within the last three (3) years working with federated identity management software.
