Federating within the same domain

Hello all, I am implementing a SAML 2.0 federated solution that exists within a single domain (abc.company.com, members.company.com, prospects.company.com...). The various sections are different applications/services on physically differnt servers/systemse. All of the SAML use cases I have read (Oasis) only talk about cross-domain federation. Will the SAML solution be able to distinguish between the different URLs within a single domain. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Respectfully, SRosen

Requirement for the Service Provider

Hi,

I am new to the SAML but we want to use SAML for our Web services. We want to use the SAML model an we will act as the Service Prodiver and provide web services to our partners. Our partners already have Identity Manager. So what is the requirement for our system to use SAML?

Thank you!

SAML 2.0 and Microsoft .NET

I have found some articles indicating that Microsoft may not support the SAML 2.0 standard, which has me very worried.
